No. When you sync your Cotton On past purchases, Seamlist automatically creates an account for you. When you visit Seamlist, you’ll be emailed a login code.

No. Opting in at checkout and syncing your order history to Seamlist is free, and it doesn’t affect the price or delivery of your Cotton On orders.

All Cotton On menswear and womenswear. Cotton On Body and Women’s accessories are excluded.

This initiative covers Cotton On menswear and womenswear only. Other Cotton On Group brands aren’t included at the moment.

Seamlist can sync Cotton On online purchases from the past 2 years. Instore purchases linked to your Perks account are included.

Once you’ve opted in to sync your order history, your past purchases will appear in your Seamlist account within 1–3 business days.

No problem – just skip it at the listing stage. You only publish the items you still own and want to resell.

Items must be in wearable, resaleable condition. That means clean, undamaged, and free from significant wear, stains, rips, or alterations. For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear and socks can’t be resold.

Seamlist suggests a resale price based on the original RRP and the item’s category, but the final price is yours to set. You can adjust it before publishing, and edit it on Seamlist afterwards.

Yes. Once an item is published to eBay from Seamlist, you can manage it from your Seamlist account – edit photos, wording, price, or take it down at any time. You can also manage it on eBay directly.

You can list eligible Cotton On items through Seamlist at any time, as long as they’re in wearable condition. The $20 voucher offer is only valid for items listed to eBay until 11.59PM 30 June 2026.

You set a flat shipping rate when creating your Seamlist account. The buyer pays this at checkout. Once the item sells, you pack and ship it via your preferred method.

Payments are managed through eBay Managed Payments. Funds are deposited to your linked bank account, typically within 2 business days of the buyer’s payment clearing. eBay Australia has eliminated all Seller fees.

Returns and disputes are handled through eBay under eBay’s standard buyer-protection policies. You can elect whether you accept returns through your Seamlist account.

Seamlist will email your $20 Cotton On voucher as soon as you publish your first item to eBay through Seamlist – your item doesn’t need to sell first. Each customer is entitled to one $20 voucher. Reselling multiple items won’t increase the voucher, but it will increase your bank balance if you sell.

The voucher is valid for a single use at Cotton On (online only – Australia), has a minimum spend of $100.00 on full priced items, and expires on 11.59pm 30 June, 2026. It can’t be combined with other promotional offers and isn’t redeemable for cash.

Yes. Seamlist uses secure data connections to sync your purchase history. Your information is only used to populate your resale listings and is never shared with third parties.

Only the product details needed to build accurate listings: SKU, product name, size, colour, purchase date, and original price. Your payment details aren’t shared.

Yes. You can disconnect your order history and request data deletion from Seamlist at any time by emailing support@seamlist.com.au.

No – your Perks account won’t be linked to Seamlist or eBay. Only your prior order history is synced to Seamlist, ready to resell when you are.
