Terrible customer serviceWe bought this knit during the sale. Purchased the wrong size so we took it in store to get the size exchanged for the size down. We had to pay the $12 more (sale difference) to be able to swap the size.
How disappointing Cotton On that you cannot swap a size without changing more for it. Keeping in mind this was only days apart, we drove over an hour to a cotton on store and was swapping the same product.
So very disappointed in our experience
